1. Returns/ Exchanges

  • No return application will be accepted in case of wrong size ordered. There will be a size chart available for your reference. Make sure to use the chart to order the exact size.
  • Returns with wrong size are only accepted if it’s the company’s delivery mistake.
  • In case of any damaged, defective product delivery, make sure to keep the Items unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all the tags and accessories attached to the original product.
  • During a return of a damaged product make sure to attach a full video from opening the box till you get out all the products out with damage.
  • The video should not be edited, paused, or cut. It should be a continuous video.
  • All the return applications should be made within 24 hours of order received.
  • Certain items (e.g., Sarees, unstitched items, cut materials, customized stitched and unstitched materials) may be non-returnable.
  • Return shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received by us, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually Credited within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.
