No return application will be accepted in case of wrong size ordered. There will be a size chart available for your reference. Make sure to use the chart to order the exact size.
Returns with wrong size are only accepted if it’s the company’s delivery mistake.
In case of any damaged, defective product delivery, make sure to keep the Items unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all the tags and accessories attached to the original product.
During a return of a damaged product make sure to attach a full video from opening the box till you get out all the products out with damage.
The video should not be edited, paused, or cut. It should be a continuous video.
All the return applications should be made within 24 hours of order received.
Certain items (e.g., Sarees, unstitched items, cut materials, customized stitched and unstitched materials) may be non-returnable.
Return shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received by us, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually Credited within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.
